I don’t usually write reviews but after the passion and excitement I felt after just a couple of sessions with Michael, I felt compelled to share my experience.In the first session Michael was very welcoming, he sat me down and went through his approach to training, nutrition, mindset, what my goals were and the foundations I needed to implement to achieve them.As I stated before, the beaming excitement and passion was there every moment and I could tell Michael was genuine. The knowledge I’ve gained in such a short time at Odyssey was unexpected but very welcome, it has only been a few weeks and I can already see my body and mind shifting in such a positive way. I’m more motivated then ever to train and learn.If you are in the area (even if you’re not), I would highly recommend checking it out, the gym itself is fantastic and the environment is awesome, I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

The trainer I had at Odyssey PT was superb. Incredibly knowledgeable and very encouraging. He created a non-judgemental environment where I felt comfortable to workout in.

Highly recomended 5 stars!Having serious back problems from terrible posture and incorectly lifting heavy objects for my previous work i have found it incredibly difficult to safely go to a gym and get propper guidence.The PT Michael has been really understadning and we are doing exercises that are tailord to my situation. So far i am happy with the results, my back muscels are alot stronger and now i am in ALOT less pain now!
