Muffin Break Lansell Square

Bit of a wait for a single coffee, food looks really nice. Quite busy here but overall good!

Staff attentive and friendly. Coffee order was correct and tasted good - not amazing. I’ve had some from there that isn’t drinkable.

Coffee, hot chocolate, 2 muffins, friendly staff , great place been here many times and will continue to do so.

Attended Muffin Break at Lansell Square to grab a quick bite. I bought a meal and decided to add a 'side salad' for $3 expecting a small bowl of salad. This is what I got, a couple of bits of lettuce, three slices of carrot and three shreds of capsicum.I asked if I could have more and was told no this was all you get and that it's more of a 'garnish' and something to 'dress it up'. A garnish for $3 advertised as a side salad, what a joke.Can't say I'd ever go to any Muffin Break again.

Muffin Break should theoretically be my favourite cafe.Theoretically.I stopped in for my first visit ever at 9am. Not a lot of foot traffic, but front of house have that look about them like they've just finished a busy spot in the day. Fair enough. Got myself a muffin and a frappe to go.With only one barista on, my frappe took 15 minutes to get to me because some seated patrons ordered three lattes. Alrighty then.I finally get my drink and my muffin, and return to my car, and prepare for my uni day. Except, as I'm sipping at my frappe, I've noticed it's not... chocolate? There's no cocoa of any kind in this? Just... icey vanilla?And as I bite into my choc chip muffin... it just tastes odd? Kind of like gummy flour with a side of chocolate chips?My whole order seems a little strange to my tongue. It's like I've paid $6ish for frappe, $4ish for muffin, and received Coles quality taste in return.I should've just gone to Coles.

Gil and the crew are amazing and the food is to die for. That's why I keep coming back. And they even do the dishes
