Adam was so great to deal with in the purchase of my electric bike. He was helpful in organising everything including purchase of a children's seat to go on the back and making sure I knew everything I needed to about riding the bike and removing the kids seat if needed. They are busy in the shop, but he was polite to everyone who came in and they are really under the pump most days. He even made suggestions about getting more sturdy kickstand which will help me taking my little girl on and off the back of the bike.

Great service every time from 99 bikes at Maroochydore and Kawana . This week I purchased from both stores and there was one item not in stock so I ordered this online whilst at kawana and had it delivered to Maroochydore store . I was notified that it arrived next day so that was excellent . They are always busy but it’s worth the wait if you have any questions related to your bike or purchases.

The service is always excellent here even though they are extremely busy. My bike needed a new spoke and service; took it in on a Saturday morning expecting at least a few days before I’d get it back; they had it all done in a few hours, gave me some fantastic knowledgeable advice and the price was amazing. Very much appreciated, vastly exceeded my expectations.

99 bikes, next to Good Guys out the back of the plaza. I have been to other 99 bikes stores in other states and this one didn’t disappoint either.Great friendly staff, I just needed a brake cable for an old school bike, They didn’t try to oversell or suggest services I don’t require, just supplied exactly what I asked for.Great range of new bikes and also E-bikes on display ( my wife has already chosen hers )Highly recommend, we will definitely be back

My brother took my mountain bike in for a new front tyre during Christmas as a gift to me, only for the staff to put a road bike tyre on a MOUNTAIN BIKE.. unfortunately my brother didn't know any different. Came in today to get the issue fixed, told by staff earliest they would fix their screw up was 2 weeks time...

What a slick setup. The staff are great, their processes are fine tuned/fast and they’re really thorough. Started bringing my roadie here when other shops had months worth of waiting lists. Great for problem solving and general bike servicing.

Waited 20mins to talk to a salesman for advice about a bike for my son.Watched 2 guys serving the one customer for most of that time.Then when it came to our turn was asked if we could wait a little longer as there was another customer that had just got there was just chasing a tube and tyre.I understand they would be a quick serve but after a 20 min wait with young kids I'd had enough.Not impressed.
