Absolute legends, I was in need of a video card and it had to be here today, they were able to take my order and ship it out in a hurry.These guys were great to deal with and were very quick. I have been a customer of Landmark Computers for more than 10 years. I have bought several computers from them because their sales people are very knowledgeable and their price and quality are very good. The main problem I have with Landmark is their inconsistent technical support. Sometimes I have bought in a faulty computer and they fixed it on the spot. Other times they have kept my faulty computer for weeks without doing anything. The tech support team are particularly bad at returning phone calls.

Highly recommended to all!!The best prices I could find for the networking products I needed and outstanding customer service throughout my whole experience. Upon discovering that I needed to return an item, I was advised of the process of returning; the goods were returned and all sorted without any hassle. Furthermore, I received a call right after placing my order to check if the item should be sent to a business address. They are also extremely knowledgeable about their own products.

I have had an experience with Landmark Computers. I've ordered a Toshiba Laptop online. This was my first time to order a laptop on line, Niyant from Landmark Computers went above and beyond to help me with any questions. The laptop was delivered within 2 days.Very happy, and I would strongly recommend Landmark Computers.

Fixed broken laptop for a very competitive price. They took 5 days (3 working days) to fix it. The issue was a broken screen which they replaced. The lady at the reception desk was helpful. The man who worked in the 'technical department' who fixed my laptop was also helpful and appeared to be very knowledgeable about computers. Would definitely visit again if I needed any computer repairs.The parking around the building is ticket parking, but there is a street nearby, William St, where you can park for 2 hours (1 min walk). Overall, really good service.

Highly recommended for top rate expert technical and customer service experience.I've purchased computers, cameras, printers, notebooks and the list goes on for the company I work for and it's an absolute pleasure every time I deal with them.Try them - you won't be disappointed.

Extremely poor service from technical department. Dropped a laptop off to repair and promised it will be done the next day, did not call to confirm error, the technician went to replace the hard drive without asking, then once I chased them up, he said replaced hard drive and could not recover data. New bill $189. Original quote was $90 for repair and $85 for new hard drive if required and will call me to confirm, their explaination was the hard drive for $85 was not available and replaced it with a $100 one. I had the original quote written down on my phone, simple solution, keep your customers informed. When I went to pick up the computer, the technician was extremely rude, handed me the bill and ushered to accountant to pay, did not bother to even say hello, I asked if I could test it, wouldn’t even bother to help me find a power plug as the computer was out of battery.
