I had my tyres changed and aligned with Nu Tech and I couldn’t recommend them enough, I received great customer service and the manager Roy was very helpful in recommending what I’d be needing for my next service.

Have been going to these guys for quite a few years now. They are always friendly and willing to help even though they are always busy. Great service, great prices. Always get my tyres here too.

Poor customer service is what got this 1 star. I picked my daughter's car up and whenever I pick my cars up from other mechanics they show me what's done before I pay. I thought review before payment was normal. No one was there to show me only the receptionist asking for payment so I told her I wanted to start the car and check the work before I paid.I had a basic service and new spark plugs done. I was actually happy with the work and then a mechanic came out and said sorry Ma'am you can't take the car without paying first" I said oh no I'm just checking it before I pay for it.He then said it again "you can't take the car without paying first"First time he was polite-ish

These people have fixed cars for me three times in the last two months and their work is top shelf. I recommend them to anyone.Thanks for the great work.

I had my inner guard shield installed here and it fell off on the motorway, which lead to my ABS speed sensor wheel getting ripped off. What did you do to assist when I told you? I'm grateful my regular mechanic was able to give me a quote over the phone, and was very proactive in assisting me. Next time install an inner guard shield properly so your customers don't have to fork out $100s to get their car fixed again. If you actually showed some effort in genuinely helping then it would a very different situation, ignored my email and invalidating on the phone.

These guys tried to rip me off. They told me they replaced a part in my car, wanted to charge me for it and said that they still can’t fix the issue and they’d recommend an auto electrician. When I told my brother they replace said part, he had a look and nothing was replaced at all. When we took it back, they lied through their teeth. His face was guilt ridden as he freaked out knowing he was caught out. We asked to see the old one, they didn’t have it. He pretended to have a look and say, ‘oh sorry, one of the boys said they did it, sorry about the confusion’.These guys are complete scum bags. Every morning as I drive past their shop as a local, I am cursing their name and thinking of the poor other people who take their car their only to be conned.Disgusting. Tried to rip me off, probably cos I’m young and female.

Marcus had a great customer service. He explained and communicated everything that needed to be done including the approximate price. The car was booked in the morning for repair and service and ready at the end of the same day, as promised. Very smooth business and affordable price. I will certainly take my car there for next services and repairs.
