The worst!! Completely misdiagnosed two machines of mine. Charged over double what was quoted with no real justification. Even after getting independent review of the matter still takes no responsibility for work or refund. I should of listened to other peoples advise and not use Nathan. I have to now engage legal assistance . Beware !!
