Empanadas Che

I love the legit taste of their Latina classic empanada! However it was a bit pricey for $8 for a small empanada, Hence 4 stars. I have visited their popped up store in Chatswood.

We came to try their food for a quick Sunday lunch recently and ordered their chorizo & potato empanada and choripan sandwich. Both street snacks were good and we like the sandwich especially. It came with good salsa and chimichurri sauce. The empanada was nice also, with crispy texture on outside and soft warm filling inside. It was fried as the Argentinian style required, but did not have the greasiness and oily smell.Their menu has only a few items but it was quite good variety for people wanting to try authentic Argentinian snacks. Prices are reasonable and average value for your money. The snack shop is quite small and only has a few tables / seats but you can also order their offering for take-away. Ambience and customer service are reasonable for a small snack cafe in a suburb like Drummoyne. You can pay by credit cards with no surcharge.

I am from Argentina living in Australia. I can say these are one of the best empanadas I have ever had. Even better than in Argentina. And do not miss the Choripan!!!! Will definitely come back! The owner couldn't be nicer. Had an awesome time and ate amazing food!!!

From the moment Natalia greets you, to the meals themselves, Empanadas Che is worth coming to. The Choripan Roll Loaded, Milanesa Roll and the Empanadas de Tocino, Huevo y Queso were delicious. The papas were on point, too. I had the mate in honour of my Stepfather and the Iced Coffee with Dulce de Leches, and even the bottles jugo de manzana were delicious!

Love the empanadas here! Get a box, it’s so worth it! It’s very cute to sit inside but they do takeaway boxes etc as well. The mac n cheese empanada was amazing and I loved the brekkie ones too. These empanadas made with flour not corn. The dessert ones are amazing too - dulce de leche and Nutella!

I've only been here twice and so far I can say i’ll always come back. The food here is absolutely amazing, The milanesa roll is a must have! The iced coffee is worth its price, the overall environment is very comfortable and the people here are so friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to come back!

Delicious empanadas, vegetarian-friendly too. I recommend the caprese & vegi ones. My partner loved the chorizo & potatoes one.The alfajore was a nice treat too.

Had the Carne, Chorizo and potato, and queso empanadas. Best we've had in Sydney. Special mention to the iced dulce de leche. Great service as well.
