Considering Camooweal mainly depends on tourism, found the only staff member we had contact with, very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Really friendly staff, good chicken parmasan and decent price for two adults. But room was really cold and heaters didn't work - cold air could comd in pretty easily. We got extra blankets. Probably better in the summer. Oh and they were closed in the morning and the fencing in guests was kind of ridiculous

Great little Post Office. We sent postcards from here after our picnic in the park across the road before we headed off to the Northern Territory for a quick visit to the border.

Wow, the lady that works in this store needs to retire, absolutely no customer service skills, and very obviously Hates her job.Overly Expensive. Wanted to charge $6.45 for 1 small cucumber. 1 tomato cost $3.15.I know it's a long way from major towns, however this is just sheer profiteering.
