Would prefer to rate with 0 star. Went to make a cash sale of around $130, thought I would support a private business. Told I cant purchase unless I register with my personal details. Said I don't want to provide personal details so sales person made a point of snatching goods off counter and said I can't buy then.Asked to speak with manager, she looked completely uninterested and basically said if you don't register your details they refuse to sell to you. Save yourself time and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Hubby called in to pick up gear for the station he is helping out. Didn't have time to have a good look around.He has never been into a Man's Tool Shed. He came out with big eyes and a smile!I am sure once back in town I know where he'll be heading!!(Not sure if this is going to be a good thing, or not...$$$) lol

Staff are rude and uninterested in any warranty claims. Bought a Cigweld mig welder online from this store, when it arrived it had clearly been used as a display item. 10 minutes into using the welder it started smoking where the lead connects into the unit. I called AMT and was basically treated like an inconvenience. They 'fixed' the problem and again, about 10 minutes into using the welder the same thing happened. I ended up taking it back to the store and leaving it on the desk. Not worth the time & effort of getting it 'fixed' a third time. Won't be shopping here again.

Not bad, unfortunately starting to notice more poor quality Chinese made products. Staff are a little in your face, but I get the feeling they lose a lot of stock to shop lifters so I understand the situation they're in.

Whilst I appreciate their shop sign (located above the checkout desk), advises that they only achieve their low prices via customer's undertaking 75% self service. However you'd think the staff's 25% contribution would be at least helpful and/or accurate! Unfortunately the last 2 visits this has not been the case. It's a poor showing when the staff member is both arrogant and wrong (and even worse, they fail to acknowledge their mistake!!).
