Don't take the loaves that were cut earlier that day. The do it when the bread is still too hot and all the slices stick back together.

Conveniently located in the Cessnock City Centre shopping complex opposite Coles supermarket. Bakers Delight is well worth a visit. Open until later and often have discounted items late in the day, the team are friendly and the baked goods fresh and not overcooked.
