SCAMMER**Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within a week, ended up getting lied to a number of times before requesting a refund, very slow responses and doesnt care , GO ELSEWHEREAdditional : still, after one week, has not given me a refund, making excuses about banking issues, and initial receipt that I received showing a refund was a scheduled payment that he made to come out of his bank account at 6 am the next morning which I'm assuming he had zero dollars in the account and the payment bounced back, he did not send me any receipts of a direct payment to my bank account.SCAMMER**

J's work is amazing and he is always on time.We have been using J's services for a year and he never fails us.Definitely recommended!

We really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after the complete silence from Digi Print Online’s end, we have no choice. We have had a lot of issues with Digi Print Online, our original order in JANUARY was for 5200 A6 fold out flyers. 5000 to be delivered to 1 place and 200 to be delivered to our office. Both lots didn’t arrive, it was blamed on the courier service, Jay did eventually apologise after a few weeks and re-printed & re-delivered the 200 to the office, however when they arrived they were printed terribly. Folded incorrectly. About a quarter of them had yellow lines printed down the whole flyers. They are completely unusable.We still do not have proof of delivery for the 5000 that were supposedly delivered to the other location. He was very slow with providing us with tracking, and when he did the tracking links didn’t work. After countless calls and e-mails, Jay just stopped responding. We are now at the end of April and we still do not know if the 5000 were printed or delivered, our store is stating they have not seen them. Digi Print Online is very cheap, however after almost 4 months of the rigmarole and waste of time, we would prefer to go elsewhere and pay more for better quality and good customer service. We have asked for a refund and again, have been ghosted.The fact that Jay flat out refuses to speak to us now, is really concerning and shows a lack of customer service for his business. We have had no refund. We have had no response for weeks. We have had no proof of delivery. And we will be taking this further if we do not have a response in the next few days.

Excellent service. Quality products and on time delivery. Highly recommended for any printing job.
