Great work from Kevin and Ani fixing both my phone screen and laptop (Mac). Very caring and professional and good communication. My overhauled old Mac works like new now! Ani ordered me in a phone case in my preferred colour and Kevin got me some hard-to-find small parts to spruce up my machine. They go the extra mile for the customer. Recommend without reservation.

At very short notice, Kevin was able to fix my laptop in just a few hours. He provided incredible customer service, and went above and beyond to help me. Though Fix To Go closed at 5.30pm, Kevin worked tirelessly until 9.30pm to help me. I am a uni student who lives and works off of my laptop, and Kevin saved me from much stress. My daughter's laptop screen was cracked and needed replacing. We had trouble finding a place that would fix it. I rang and spoke to Kevin who was very helpful and said to drop it in. We dropped the laptop in the next day and a few hours later it was fixed meaning my daughter was only without her laptop for one day. The customer service was first class - very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this service.
