W Hotel in Brisbane is truly unparalleled! From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was captivated by its unique charm and modern ambiance. The wet deck with its incredible bar was a highlight, offering a fantastic atmosphere to relax and enjoy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I cannot recommend W Hotel enough—five stars without hesitation!

Such a fun hotel! I loved the colorful and trendy designs. Rooms were very comfortable and beds were so cozy. The pool area is also really nice and shaded. Best of all, the concierge helped us get same-day tickets to Hamilton! Wow, above and beyond!

My stay at the hotel was quite subpar however. The people working the front desk were clueless (couldn't tell me where to get coffee, never emailed the bill, didn't tell me my room included breakfast) Decor of the Rooms here are too busy. You have ranch tub, dot painted walls, sticks, glitz, deco, wicker. Too much. In their effort to decorate outside the lifts they have made it impossible to see the lift numbers or lights so you can't find one of the very slow lifts when they finally do arrive. The designer here has missed the mark massively. The room controls were tricky and didn't always work for shades and lights. Housekeeping didn't clean room until i asked. I've stayed many times at W Melbourne and they do things right. Spent 20 minutes trying to find the room service menu, but there as none. Finally the next day saw a very small QR code on the wall. I Can NOT recommend this hotel for the price and low level of service/quality other than the restaurant, Lex.

We love staying at the W when we come to Brisbane. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Always a pleasure waking up to views of the river, Southbank and the wheel. Location is perfect. Room service is excellent with staff being friendly and the food delicious. The soundproofing is second to none. The hotel was full and not a peep could be heard.The check in and out service has vastly improved since our last stay, however the housekeeping has been an ongoing issue on each stay. The fridge has not been restocked and toiletries not being replenished and carpets not cleaned to 5 star standard. The halls and lifts unfortunately look unclean.

Terrible service over charged me for an item I didn’t order.We booked two room that cost over $700 each. Valet parking will tell you they charge $15 per hour for parking or its $60 for overnight. we paid $60 for Valet parking for them to hand us the keys to our car and given instructions to walk down the car park and it will be there. We had to walk back up to valet as we couldn't find the car. You can park your car at the same carpark for $15 with Wilson car park or book online for $9. The service at Three blue ducks was the saddest place I have ever dined at too. Not sure what is so great about this hotel. Our toilet seat felt like it was going to fall off. the pool is small and undercover, like they forgot to add one in and that was the only spot. this place looks great in pictures and I have stayed at many different places with half the price tag and have better service. Its sad that it disappointed me in so many ways.

Service was excellent, they gave us a beautiful welcome, room was amazing & took on the detail of our celebration with a surprise suited for our sons graduation from kinder with a thoughtful gift.2 nights was enough for a staycation.Breakfast was wonderful.Spa was excellent.Yet I don’t know why they are not child friendly.Treatments well serviced.

At the start of the year, I had a staycation here with my partner and puppy - we had a blast!I love how the property is dog friendly. In the room we were given a dog bed, bowls and some treats for my pup. Also loved how there was a dog room service menu!I do however wish that there was a designated place outside to take my dog to toilet with grass/fake grass as this would make the stay even better!

Was absolutely wowed by the W Brisbane. Small touches from start to finish made the experience truly incredible. Felt super spoiled by the amazing service. Staff went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. Room was amazing with views of the river and lots of small touches.

I had the most amazing experience at the W Hotel. The staff were amazing and truly went the extra mile.I have to mention the most phenomenal part - the Away Spa. Firstly, Steve was there to greet me and he was so warm and lovely. He gave me a tour the facilities and the spas looked so amazing.My therapist was Liza and she is a miracle worker. From our first encounter, she instantly made me feel zen and relaxed. She was so caring and made me feel so well taken care of. Her professionalism was incredible. I’ve had massages at other prestigious hotels/day spas, but nothing compares to the treatment that Liza gave me. The venue itself was so stunning, the massage bed was heated and I had the most incredible view from the massage room. Liza made me a beautiful herbal tea after my massage, and I got to enjoy it while resting on a gorgeous inclined day bed, overlooking the Brisbane river. It was stunning.Steve then showed me to the spa, and brought me over a beautiful glass of bubbly.Unfortunately, I made the mistake of looking at my phone and my son’s daycare had called me to let me know he was throwing a temperature and to come collect him asap. I had a sip of my champagne and a very quick dip in the magnesium spa, but I then had to rush off (my son is absolutely fine now and is full of beans). It was a shame, because I could have spent all day using those beautiful facilities. I have been daydreaming of that magnesium spa ever since leaving!!!Overall, it was a beautiful experience and I will certainly be recommending the Away Spa to all of my friends and family.
