What! Neck massage and hand soak as soon as I sat down?? Amazing!They offered a complimentary drink: a coffee, a wine, a bottle of water. They were on time with my appointment. They were friendly and listened to my ideas ( I was in for a colour and cut for my reddish, shoulder length wavy hair) And only then did they offer their professional expertise for me to consider. I loved their creativity that was in sync with my expressed preferences. I loved their manner and their level of professionalism.The colour was amazing and showed off my green eyes. The cut was excellent. The stylist described the techniques she was going to use, the effect it was going to give and the reasons it would suit my hair and style request. Maybe the fringe was a little short - but hey.I loved Cocomousse! I felt a little bit pampered and a lot listened to!I'm going back tomorrow for my next appointment.Looking forward to it.

You receive a complimentary massage before your treatment commences and this just takes your experience to the next level.The colours are always perfect and you will walk out with a celebrity hairstyle. Do yourself and your hair a favour and make a booking. I was quite surprised to see some of the previous feedback as I own the lash and brow salon on the next block, we have many of the same clients and they all rave about their experiences at this salon and I have never heard a negative remark. The clientele of CocoMousse are super fans!In the beauty industry, sadly people can quick to complain and jump straight into negative reviews but the reality is that for every negative review that makes it online, there are hundreds of incredibly happy customers who have a 7 star experience but don't think twice about leaving that feedback online as it's not the norm. So please remember this when you're going through reviews and making judgements on whether to book. You will be sure to have an awesome experience so give these ladies a try if you're on the hunt for a new hair salon.P.S. their toilets are conveniently located where you don't have to go in public to access them. So you can discreetly slink there with your foils in!

I have been coming here since I first moved up to the GC. These ladies are the most amazing hairdressers and also have become such great friends! Highly recommend this salon for all hair styling needs!!

The service here is impeccable. You are made to feel special every visit. Their knowledge of current hair trends is very impressive. From the great environment to the complimentary coffee, I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

This is the most incredible hair salon I have ever been to. They specialise in blondes and every time with out fail when I am out I always get asked, who does my hair? as the blonde is so perfect.I have also had other colours done here and every time it comes out exactly what I ask for and better.The experience is second to none and so friendly.My daughter is constantly asking to go get her hair done too as her experiences are so special.

Love this place!! They listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and made sure they did that. They’re really nice with great service. Complimentary drink and short neck and shoulder massage. I got my hair washed and cut for $92 so a reasonable price in my opinion. Overall I definitely recommend! Thankyou to the girls at CocoMousse :)

Jas is a killer stylist with the hands of a goddess…she even has a great sense of humour because I told a joke and she dyed laughing

My first time at the salon. The main stylist/owner who initially organised my booking, greeted me, checked my hair, took my details and assigned me to another stylist was, during the time of my visit, taking photos of the finished results her own client's hair but when I was leaving didn't look my way, or say goodbye - even though there was hardly anyone in the salon ... left me feeling a little flat. It is a shame as I've just moved to the Gold Coast and am on the lookout for a new salon that I can settle into and feel comfortable. Hair colour was good but cut wasn't brilliant, so won't be returning.

Daughter went in to get hair dyed blonde today, she was quoted $250 but during procedure was then told she needed a treatment to correct colour due to previous dye job which would cost an extra $200. Very disappointed that a young girl was taken advantage of in this way. $450 to get hair dyed blonde is ridiculous and she now doesn't have enough money to enjoy her birthday tonight.
