Beware. This catering company is all smiles and friendly upfront and says that your booking is fixed and booked. Two months ago Russell Boyd was a pleasure to deal with and then Pamela said don't worry it is all booked. She would not email to confirm though and don't require a deposit...clearly used to doing this. Well, 5 days before my brothers party they tell us when we ring them that they cannot cater. Pamela delivered the news completely without compassion. We have interstate and overseas visitors coming and 5 days to find someone else. Thanks Red Pear for showing your true colors. You came recommended and your referee is attending our party. They will never recommend you again, neither will we.

Disappointed. My wife organised my birthday and these people were very happy to book the day but days before they canceled. She rung them to find out they cannot cater anymore. My wife was in tears and had to ring around for two days to find a replacement. If you want to look forward to your event without stress, do not use this catering company.

Such an amazing experience with Red Pear. The food was superb and staff were lovely and accommodating. I couldn't recommend highly enough for any event you may be considering. Will be using again!
