S Bread

To be honest, those ladies are very rude! Customer service was horrible and their cakes too

Review is for the Taro Gateau and Burnt Cheesecake... What a waste of calories...The taro gateau was mostly purple dye and taro essence. Most places will at least mix in some taro into the cream but I hardly detected any. It felt powdery in the same sense as taro milk tea from Easy Way... The strawberry was wilted too, and mushy.Burnt cheesecake tasted less like cheese and more like raw starch.Skip this place if you want cake. They use to be okay like a solid 3 stars a year ago. It was decent for the area but no longer.What a waste of resources.

Beautiful cake.I love the black forest cake.For bread are very good for my kids lunch pack.And easy to eat on the train. Cake roll is nice but quite expensive if compared with the size.

Today I went their at around 4:34 to buy some donuts with my friend. I accidentally drop 1 so I let them know about that.But than that lady who was serving me seems so rude and she charged me for that without even telling me. I am fine with the charge but there was no point to be rude at all. I had to catch train so I just went without asking anything.Worst worst customer service ever

Rude server - this is the second time this happened, I asked if I could please have a bag when I put the tray down (asked loudly this time as the last time I came here she didn’t hear me) the lady at the counter just scanned the items and so I paid by card. She didn’t put my items in a bag as asked so I asked her again and she said 10c surcharge which I was ok with to begin with but because I already paid I would have to pay 30c on eftpos bc of their extra 20c surcharge on eftpos for items under $10. I would not have to pay the surcharge if she included the 10c with my items to begin with. She didn’t say a single word to me the entire time except for telling me there was a 10c surcharge. Most times I come here the servers at the counter are so rude.

Could give 1 star if i can, poor customer service. Bought 2 bread from this shop at 7.02 am this morning. A rude asian girl with spectacle no smile and responsive when i asked her to get me two bread which were not at the front. When she got me the bread, she just stared at me expecting i will know the bread were ready by myself. When i asked her “ Are you ok?” , she was like i just want to make sure these were the right bread. Paying her at the end, no thank you at all and whispered with the others in the shop. Worst customer services ever. Bread was good however the management should look into this matters once knowing majorities comments are about poor customer services. A good day has been ruined by this tiny spectacle asian lady.

Rude Asian lady at 3:50pm today, i ask if they have parking voucher she didn't respond but started scanning the bread I got, then after she finished I ask again could I please have the voucher she rudely said I told you we don't do parking. Look I didn't hear U because of the mask but respond to me nicely or maybe thank you for buying bread from you. You guys are like a robot. No customer service. Thanks for the bread

Really amazing cakes-always fresh and not too sweetened, light and fluffy- just perfect bakery for sweets and savoury food. I always buy my breakfast with lemon tea in the morning before my work. I love this bakery and I am European not Asian descendent as this is Asian style bakery.

I love their cakes! I love the taste and I am happy with the pricing!Unfortunately, if you order the cake they will pack the old cakes in your bag which is off already. If you don't open and confirm your order at the shop you won't even be able to exchange the item. DO NOT ORDER CAKES! Just go there and pick the fresh cakes from the showcase.I understand shop keepers are told to sell the older products first. But not the ones it's off already!! It wasn't just me. Everybody who tasted it said it's off already... I was so sad.

It's a knock off breadtop, tried 3 buns:- chocolate horn, bread was stale/hard- cream horn, the filling was a cream that turned into a jam, terrible- cononut bun, decent imitation
