Went into this store on Christmas eve to buy my wife a Christmas present with cash an hour before they closed and the MANAGER refused to serve me as apparently it is store policy not to except cash an hour before they closed... pfftt weak excuse & will never shop there again

4 stars because of the lovely lady behind the counter. Cannot say much about the rude staff making engravings, not helpful at all, and quite a disgusting attitude towards me and the help I asked for.

I went there to exchange a bag and noticed how unfriendly all the staff were. They dont know how to smile at people entering the store which should be the basic knowledge in customer service. MIMCO is affortable especially when they are on sale they are nothing compared to GUCCI store or other high end brands for there staff to act stuck up or even rude. I personally like some of there products but in regards to there employees they lack basic customer service skills. My advise for the head office of MIMCO is to conduct a mystery shopper.

Nice range of bags and jewellery.Walked in on a quite day, customer service received was very blunt “Are you alright there?” no smile and no hello just looking strangely at me. At least got approached. Then follow u around and look at you. Didn’t feel comfortable to buy anything.

Yesterday I asked my daughter to pick up a pair of earrings, the sales assistant asked for the name which I said Juliet, apparatus there's more than 1 Juliet's, sent the wrong one with my daughter and now they will not exchange due to hygiene. Wrong from their end and will not fix what they did wrong.Extremely dissatisfied. The store assistant reads out the policy but doesn't listen to Amy explanation. Very very unprofessional.
