I first came across Em on Facebook and attended one of her free career workshops. This program is very affordable - you'll quickly earn it back with your new promotion! It's simple to follow. It gets you clear on what's stopping you, and helps you dream about what you actually could do, breaking through limiting beliefs. There's a lot of support, people are very friendly, there are group sessions and self-paced work, with optional one on one sessions. Really fills a niche in the market. This is great for of your confidence is in the gutter, or you're not brave enough to apply for a role where you don't meet all the criteria. You can do it, and Em and her team will show you how!
