I am a first time renter and she has made my experience unforgettable, I was so worried moving to Brisbane but she has made me feel so comfortable. I was able to find a gorgeous unit in just a few days with her helping me out.Vickie helped me out so much, she is really just so amazing and so lovely. As are all the other staff I encountered throughout my experience with QPSR Reality. Everyone made me feel at home and I am so happy with my new place!

Vickie and Jeff have managed my property perfectly. It was an absolute delight to work with them especially with Vickie. We got along very well. They have always updated me and they have rented my place out very quickly. If one tenant pulls out, Vickie will be there the very next day showing other potential tenants. She kept updating the potential tenants as well to make sure they all get their opportunities to apply. Sometimes, Vickie would call me after hours to give me an update if she didn't get a chance during the day. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Adrian, Jeff, Maria and the QPSR team. They are very professional and know what they are doing very well. The communication has been excellent. They are always easy to reach to and deal with my questions/concerns very promptly. Their marketing approach is also very effective. Jeff and the team are amazing. They are extremely responsive which I appreciate and love - to the point where I feel that I received instant replies to my calls/emails/messages. They make things as easy as possible and it’s the little things that make them stand out. E.g I was unable to have the internet modem delivered to me or be available for the technician for an on site installation, Jeff and the team just took care of it all on my behalf. I highly suggest using these guys only if you are finding it hard to be approved elsewhere, whilst the property managers are very quick and good what they do, the admin lady Kerri Anne has a terrible attitude. Very pushy and rushy, could tell if In a leaSe with this agency they would not care if anything went wrong, by Keri Anne’s attitude you can tell it’s just a rush to get you to sign the lease and then a good luck from there. Had an approval and was sorting documents which I was made aware of late yesterday afternoon, come today while at work get a call pretty much saying do themNow or someone else will takeIt. Do not use these guys what ever you do if you care about customer service

The team at QPSR have been outstanding in managing our investment properties. Highly professional and knowledgeable, giving us great advice in regard to setting up the property.Communication has been excellent, they let us know if maintaince is required and arrange repairs, if we are unable to attend. This agent and those subleting from them are atrocious. On matters of truth they are willing to bend the law about anti-discrimination suit their interpretation. It would be fine IF they had grounds to discriminate. But they didn't, and used an end of lease to address personal issues. These types of without grounds" end of lease are being removed due to misuse of them (e.g. removing housing from a person with a disability.)If i were to put the actual matters before any decent magistrate
