Contacted Luc to come and look at my old Vulcan heater that was shorting out my electric in the house. He diagnosed the issue very quickly reset a reset switch and just like magic the heating came to life, a quick clean and he was done. That saved me $3K quoted by another engineer for a whole new system which isn't possible in the current economic climate. Luc you are a magician and a life saver thanks appreciate your professionalism.
