I've gone here twice. First time I got a qtr of Pavlova, it had obviously been sitting around for a while cause it's taste was very weird, like a bunch of different flavours. Was sad cause I wanted a pav. 2nd time I got a flaked cheesecake. It was frozen and the base tasted like eating straight cinnamon, which was not nice. I think avoid this place unless that is your thing.

Went today to the store to order a cake. I said I wanted a Spiderman cake. She was like 'what' blah blah blah. Rude mannerism. It is like they are giving to me free. Customer service is awful. I still gave the order anyway.

We’ve been twice to this store and both times we haven’t had a good experience. On our second visit we bought the profiterole cake which was sold to us (as you would expect) as a fresh cake but when we cut it about 7hrs later it was still frozen. We’ve been to other cheesecake shops and we had a great experience and were never given a frozen cake. Not only we expect the cakes to be fresh but this particular one unfortunately had a bad texture as well after being frozen. We won’t be going back to this store.

Fuss-free and delicious. Thank you for recently supplying two cakes for a birthday party. Both cakes were as requested, and just delicious, and I spent only around 5 minutes in store in advance to arrange, and had a hassle-free process to collect the cakes on the day before the party. I wouldn't hesitate to use your business again. Good value, delicious and didn't take a lot of time or effort on my part. Thank you!!

Purchased a GF chocolate mud cake for my 9yr old ceoliac sons birthday , By far the best cake ever, dense but airy aswell and not a chocolate overload to create a good taste! The Young lady that served me at this store was very professional and helpful with any questions I had 100/10
