I wish I could give Genuine legal a seven star review. I haven't yet entered into an agreement but the help and information I have received in my initial phone confidence and the quote I got was amazing....all ive gotten from other lawyers is tbw question Is there property involved" and when I tell them no there isn't

I have been engaged with Genuine Legal for going on 2 years now and I still haven't been provided an assessment". I have paid the full fees (to get them off my back continually being hounded if I pay it a month late)

I love that Genuine Legal are fixed fee. I've been to another firm and it was hourly rate. At the end of it I was shocked at the invoice. With Genuine Legal I knew exactly what everything was going to cost upfront. No surprises and great help. Thanks Donna for explaining how the fixed fee works.

Having no experience in court or with lawyers , I was very uncertain of what I was in for. The only thing I've heard about lawyers was that they were unreasonably over priced. And were always fishing for more ways to empty your pocket. So I was scared nervous and ready to sell my soul (so to speak).But. The free consultation with Evgeny made all that anxiousness and worries disappear,So easy to talk to and Genuinely helpful.I'm on a the average labourers wage so I was given the option of payment plans, pay as I go or full amount which didn't leave me eating noodles for the rest of my days.I walked out of that conference room a different man.Happy Grateful And confident for what the future holds for my family.Thanks Genuine legal team

I couldn't recommend Genuine legal highly enough. Very supportive team, great value for money and they even let you have periodical payments which was great for me as I had very little money at the time.Thank you very much. Forever grateful.

The firm was very helpful during my ordeals and I highly recommend them to everyone. They were compassionate and insightful and also gave a free 1 hour consultation. The legal assistant Anushka on the phone was also very helpful and arranged all matters quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the wonderful service, highly recommended.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Facebook reviews are hidden for a reason.From the start it would take weeks and in some cases months of follow up to get a response to queries, or to have the next step of documents commenced. We were only able to have work started on our initiating documents 3 months AFTER joining and paying, after we complained to the CEO.Our lawyer appeared very junior and was beyond incompetent, when documents full of errors were sent for review and we replied with corrections, she was downright rude and would respond with snarky messages in writing.Multiple times deadlines were missed for responses, and multiple times responses were changed or information left out without any discussion or explanation. Again, when we queried we were met with defensive, aggressive communications.We have now swapped to another lawyer after paying in full for a package that has not been delivered. We have since been told that they have a very poor reputation in the legal community and make their money preying on single parents with their false Fixed Fee offerings.Be aware that they run a Family Law Facebook group - any negative experiences posted in answer to people's queries about their firm are deleted and the commenters blocked from the page. It happened to us and a large group of people this week.Definitely DO NOT recommend - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Very sad experience with this firm. I was given a link from a friend and she had mistakenly send me the wrong link. I booked an appointment and then came to the payment page which I stopped as I was told it was a free service. I was then instantly sent an email (automated I would assume) cancelling the appointment.I then told me friend and she apologised for the mix up and sent me the correct link.I booked and was followed by an email from Evgeny who told me due to my non payment and wasting of his time do not contact this firm ever again. I explained what had happened and he followed it by saying I was not the first person doing that and avoiding payment.I can not believe the rudeness of his emails and I had not even gotten on the phone with him yet.I will not be recommending their firm and neither will my friend now sad considering they mention their values are transparency and they are different from the other firms making the journey smooth.

I have had an overwhelmingly great experience with this firm. They have helped me fast and efficiently in the short time I gave them. I highly recommend genuine legal to anyone seeking family law representation.

I had an initial appointment with genuine legal a couple of days ago, after messaging their Facebook page with my concerns and they very kindly fit me in the same day. I found them to be incredibly responsive and professional, and were helpful in making me fully aware of the situation and explained things until I was feeling confident to proceed :) I am so glad that I made the appointment and will be using them as my legal team! And so very thankful to genuine legal for taking the time to speak with me, also for giving me the confidence to go after what I am entitled to! Thanks again guys :)
