I had a 13.28kW system installed by Energis in December 2021 at my factory in Truganina. I was very pleased with the care taken in designing the system and delivering the project with slight delays due to Covid and meeting all our requirements. The entire installation crew and team are highly professional. Exceptional customer service by service engineers in the Head office. Highly recommend!

The salesman was great, took us a while to get an actual install date after we locked it in, but apart from that the process was pretty smooth. We ended up with a leak with our terracotta tiles (which is understandble). Energis were responsive and sent someone out quickly to fix the leak under warranty. Happy with the installers and support is responsive via email. Happy with our 4.6kw system and was advised this would be more than enough for our usage, which turns out to be true!

Do not recommend. The worst customer service. Has taken YEARS to have faulty installation rectified. Had to get the Solar Council to intervene several times. Steer clear of this company.

Very happy with the 10kW solar system installed by Energis at our property in point cook. Steve in the office was quite helpful with initial discussions and the quote process. The entire process was a breeze and transparent. I am glad I went with Energis even though they were slightly more expensive than others. The guard rails were installed prior to installation and the site was all cleared at the end of the installation. Top-quality install and aftercare. The system has run flawlessly since it was installed 9 months ago. Great team and management.

The Team at Energis were great to work with. Excellent email communication made my life easier when I was working with them from overseas.
