I accidentally water damaged my phone and within one day the team at ProTech repairs had it fixed, back to normal and like brand new again. Super helpful, honest and upfront about what needed to be done. Highly recommend!

As always the service was quick, efficient and excellent. I live in Peregian Springs and so it's a bit of a drive but honestly I wouldn't be comfortable going anywhere else. I know that I can go to Pro Tech confident in the quality of service at a fair price.

Took my iPad into Protech to get my shattered screen fixed. I had it back the next day. Something wasn't quite right with the technical side and so I took it back. The iPad was taken back no charge. Again the iPad was returned the next day, perfect. I can't fault the customer service it was exceptional. To top it all Luke sent me a txt today asking if the iPad was working ok. Not many places offer this level of service , would highly recommend.

Yes, well it happens to most of us. Phone carked it. Had to fix it urgently as I need it for work. Went to Protech, Marcoola as I had used them before. Cannot speak high enough for them getting me back on air. With a new refurbished phone update that suits my needs at the right price.
