I requested for the no sugar V at the night counter then the employee at the counter asked me to leave and said he wont serve me because he has a lot of jobs to do. When I said that I’m a customer and he should Atleast serve me, he then immediately turned the lights off saying the store is closed and turned them back on even before me entering the car. I felt really bad and insulted after that incident and think that was a highly disrespectful behaviour towards me or any customer.

Thus us a typical inner city very busy petrol station come mini mart. We were there at 8am on a Monday morning and it was super busy. Customer service was efficient and polite. Fuel price was a barrage for inner city Melbourne. Mini mart had a very good offering but as expected more expensive than your average supermarket.

The staff member behind the cash register that was serving me has a attitude problem! I asked him for some sauce politely. His response was that he cannot hear me because he lost his hearing as he was serving me.

The plus is that they have ice and bbq gas bottles, are clean and well stocked.The negative is that they are always a few more cents more expensive than neighboring petrol stations.

I have never reviewed a service station before but the guys that work here are just lovely. Always friendly. As a local we visit this service station more than others. It serves all our needs. Firewood for the winter, gas bottles throughout the summer and our children love the mini selection of sour treats they have in store. Thankyou guys. You're doing a great job

Great garage, friendly staff are very helpful and polite. Good quality fuels at this garage, shopping there since 2013. Situated on ferrars street, convenient location easy accessible at Albert park pedestrian crossing from tram line. Price of fuel is reasonable and sometimes cheap, depending on time of visit. Great range of mobile phone chargers and accessories as well as most convenience store items as well. High recommend this business.
