Getting any customer service from this company is hopeless, they agreed to provide a dishwasher panel and to come to have a look at paintwork that had flaked off one on the drawers, and after 10 phone calls to Rita and several unanswered messages still no progress, I should have waited before paying them the full amount. I do not recommend them.

I am Penny referred to in the below review. Following the posting of that review Rita Duan aka Subei Duan, who is the sole proprietor/shareholder of Kitchen Chamber Pty Ltd, telephoned my brother apologising and advising that my deposit would be refunded as she had previously advised, and assured that the kitchen carcuses would be uninstalled and taken away together with cabinetry on Monday 23 Sept in order that a kitchen from a different company could be installed. Despite Rita's assurance and subsequent unanswered emails and telephone messages from me neither she or anyone from her company has attended to uninstall the kitchen or remove the same from my home. While my deposit was after nearly one month refunded it has now cost me a further $1,425.00 to have the kitchen which I was assured would be uninstalled and taken away to in fact have it uninstalled and taken away. The conduct of Rita and Kitchen Chamber is substandard, her word cannot be relied upon and I would recommend that people do not deal with either her or her company.

Rita installed our cabinetry and left a cabinet without doors, we have been calling her since early 2022 with no luck....Houdini does exist

I made a mistake not reading the reviews before dealing with this company and it was a big mistake, Rita seemed so nice at the beginning until she got our business, the price is cheap but the quality of the face panels are horrible, few weeks after installation of the kitchen we have noticed that some of the doors have warped and they became misaligned to other cupboards, Rita stopped answering our phone calls, do not be fooled by their cheap prices, do not make the same mistake we did.

Love my kitchen. Rita always answered my calls or my partner call.My old kitchen was removed and new one installed at the estimated dates.Price was very good compared to other companies that wanted triple the price for less service/less cabinets....I am very happy with the result anyone that comes to my home are impressed.

My sister Penny ordered and was delivered a kitchen by Kitchen Chamber in August 2019. First problem the colour was wrong ,the doors & draws were collected resprayed & redelivered, then the the body of the kitchen was screwed into the walls with several units installed upside down.My sister was told that if she was not happy her $3000 deposit would be refunded & the incorrect kitchen picked up. The company seems to be run by an asian woman named Rita we have spoken to Rita once regarding this complete fiasco since then she refuses to answer ours calls, texts or messages the kitchen is still on the floor at my sisters home awaiting return of promised $3000 deposit & collection of faulty product. Another new kitchen has been ordered with a reputable company. The only solution left regarding Rita and Kitchen Chamber will be the courts.Be warned be on your guard if contemplating dealing with Rita & Kitchen Chamber.

Disgusted that you could even take someone’s money and run away ! literally leave my oven hanging! Bathroom vanity’s with no draws - I have no way of contacting you as you’ve blocked mine and my husbands number you left my kitchen with no draws and no proper fitting it’s taken me 4 months to find someone to finish the job and fix yours and the company’s mistake. Your have poor attitude and have no heart or sympathy what so ever please do not hire this her or the company because you will be robbed.

Absolutely disgraceful, returning calls would be great, who said Houdini doesn't exist, Rita should run a circus would earn millions,
