Online pick up didn't happen, no answer on contact phone, went in store, no staff member could help, 30 minutes wasted and more to come trying to get a refund.

Bought a Ceramic Heater but found the thermostat control dial/know broken, took the heater back to the store and exchanged it without any problems - the staff were very helpful.

Nice Coles. Provide Halal meat section for muslims and dedicated middle eastern aisle for the target market on the area. Hoping that they can do the markdown prices on low sales much more often because the markdown aisle is my first reason shopping here! Haha!

To be brutally honest the most incompetent and unintelligent staff. They don't speak with respect and aren't very polite. Moonee Ponds on the other hand has some of the most polite,well spoken,helpful and respectful staff. Roxburgh park staff answer with 'nah'. We live in Australia, it's 'No'What happened to good old fashioned manners. I guess when your comparing Roxburgh park to Moonee Ponds it like comparing plastic to Gold!The areas say it all. Some have plastic and others have gold. Love shopping at Coles in Moonee Ponds.

Recently I decided to get up early and waddle down to get some Turkish bread and I was absolutely horrified to find it was stale and hardened... I ate it all the same but jeeze. You going to charge all that money for stale bread...? Not cool coles, not cool.

Great modern designed coles in the north, fruit and veg are always fresh and hardly ever come by any expired or dodgy looking products. Has a large variety of east Asian and Middle Eastern extras and to my surprise some New Zealand products as well. Great coles

I couldn’t find any sandwiches or wraps, which I can easily find at any other Coles Supermarket I’ve ever visited. I left without buying anything and had sushi instead =D
