I was dealing with some tricky situations the past years and my stress levels were pretty high. Friends of mine were talking highly about Michelle's acupuncture and I thought to myself I shall try that. I have never had acupuncture before and was a bit sceptical, but I had met Michelle before as yoga teacher in Jamieson and her warm personality spoke to me. Therefore I gave it a try, and can absolutely recommend Michelle, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine.I started seeing Michelle ones a week in September 2022 and have since. Michelle not only helped me deal with my stress levels, knee issues and a nasty cold. Entering Dharma Centre I am always welcome with a smile, feel in a save space and very welcome.As a busy mum, it is nice to do this for myself, and it was very important at times when I didn't have the energy to do sports or do other energy consuming things.
