I Text Kian after lunch with an urgent problem, my Miele washing machine was stuck and would not release the door until the drainage issue had been cleared - thankfully he responded and was able to come later in the evening. Then also fixed another blocked pipe - which I am really pleased about - maintenance issues always pile up - so got 2 for 1 today. I’ve called on Kian about 3 or 4 times in last couple of years and have always found him professional and responsive.

Kian kept in touch, so we knew exactly when he was coming, and he did a great job fixing our two plumbing problems. He even cleaned the bench for me!We’ve asked for a quote for a new pump, and we’re confident all will go well with that job, too.We’re very happy to know a good, local plumber for future mishaps.
