SeaLink Ferry Terminal - Penneshaw
Friendly staff. Easy to book. Clean facilities and many seats in the booking centre. There's a cafe inside the centre. Easy to board the vessel. For passengers without cars, you can put your luggage in a Sealink van, so that you do not have to carry on board the vessel. Then you can just collect your luggages once the vessel berth on the other side.

Ferry was on time and was fast to get across to Kangaroo Island but that’s really where the good stuff ends. Cars were quite tight to get on, price of the ferry for 2 people and a car was quite expensive. The interior of the boat was very out dated and dirty, for the price paid I expected better.

Take the ferry for about 45 minutes to drive to and back from KI. Parking on the ferry needs to follow the directions and be very careful. That is a great experience.

Shared the terminal off a cruise ship, facilties are limited. Cafe upstairs is handy. Short walk into town.

the ferry is fantastically arranged, knowledgeable staff ensure a smooth journeyunfortunately they do not respond to e-mails we have had to leave something behind (something with emotional value) at the office of Sealink (mainland) tried several times to make contact via e-mail but no response thanks for nothing Sealink

I was very well looked after on my motorbike. They saw me and ushered me through to the designated spot. I didn't need to actually check in like car drivers do. They took great care of the bike. Tying it safely into position to ensure no telling over. Very happy with the service

The staff that we dealt with in the office at both terminals as well as some of the crew members were absolutely great.Going over to KI, they got us on the afternoon before we were due to go and on the way back over to the mainland they got us on 5 hrs earlier.All in a wonderful experience.
