Iyengar yoga classes have helped me regain my health. Pauline's dedication to each and every student in her class is amazing. The studio is spacious, well fitted with props to help you with every pose and situated in a tranquil rural setting. So grateful to have access to this facility

I have been a student of Iyenga Yoga for just over 2 years under the guidance of the teachers at Nowra Yoga Studio. Firstly, the studio building itself is absolutely fabulous being purpose built and very modern, with an amazing array of props to support students of all abilities. The studio is warm in winter and cool in summer. Personally, I find the Iyenga style of yoga to be the most useful for my health and well being as poses are held for a period, thus facilitating correct body alignment, something I could never achieve in other forms of flowing yoga.

I’ve been practising Iyengar yoga for quite some time but had taken a break due to an injury. Over the past few months the teachers at this studio have supported my recovery and have tailored poses that accommodate my healing. I always feel great after the classes and I cannot recommend this studio highly enough. Beautiful location, incredible warm studio and outstanding instruction. Five stars!
