Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience here. Was my first time having a brow lamination, and was mainly wanting a better brow shape. The lady didn’t introduce herself and was maybe having an off day as service was mediocre. She assured me my brows would suit a lamination style. The included wax resulted in ridiculously thin ends of both my brows, half of my hairs on my right eyebrow and now trained to grow in a significant U shape making them all incredibly hard to style/train, and I have a full bald spot on one eyebrow that I now have to fill in everyday. Putting more effort in to do them now than what I was before the lamination, which I feel like defeats the purpose. Thankfully they gave me a full refund, but still would not recommend this place. Disappointed and aggravated to say the least.

tina was absolutely perfect. super lovely and understood what i wanted for my brows. happily going back to her when i’m near doncaster! i 100% recommend her!
