After having purchase a bath from Highrove bathrooms in Fawkner, the staff at the establishment went above and beyond on a personal matter post purchase which they need not have done. Such is the customer service at this establishment. Many thanks again. The bath is great by the way and a beautiful product.

We were very happy with the customer service at Highgrove Fawkner. Lance was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I visited the store many times with questions and the team was always ready to answer all my queries. The range is modern, functional and affordable. So happy to have found this store - will definitely return when we renovate our second bathroom.

After searching online for weeks, it was great to get in-store in see items for our en-suite renovation in person. Jason was incredibly helpful and offered his honest opinions, whilst also allowing us the space to deliberate over our options. We are currently renovating our bathroom and as someone with no experience I put my trust in Highgrove Bathrooms to assist me with choosing all the fittings. I was lucky enough to get approached by Lance at the Fawkner branch as soon as I entered the store and he was outstanding to deal with. He asked questions I wouldn’t have thought of and made it possible for me to have everything ready for my builder. Lance was friendly, professional and showed a real care factor. Prices are extremely competitive for a beautiful product. Couldn’t be happier and will be back later in the year when we do our next bathroom

We visited the showroom in Fawkner for the first time 30 June and were assisted by Michael. What an awesome Salesman!!! 10 out of 10!!!! He went above and beyond for us and so very easy to deal with. I cannot fault his service, product knowledge or their products. I would highly recommend Highgrove Bathrooms Fawkner for all your bathroomware and if you are lucky enough to get Michael as your Salesman, you certainly will not regret it. I will definitely be returning there for any future basins, tapwares or mirrors that I may need in the future.
