Charlie is amazingly helpful and experienced. He works fast and doesn't cut corners anywhere. An owner-run business and he does everything himself, so you know he takes pride in his work. He picks on stuff I have even forgotten to mention to him so he actually checks the car thoroughly and doesn't get me to pay for services I don't need. 10 outta 10! Would recommend!

I got a service from Charlie at my home address and it was a smooth and professional operation.He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, fair in pricing and efficient.He also didn’t speak down to me regarding my vehicle which does irritate me with some mechanics.I was so happy with the service he provided I’d use him for any future work he’s set up to do and I’d 100% recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable mechanic you can trust. He fit me in despite being really busy to diagnose the problem while I was there. He thought the issue was a crack in the radiator explained the test that would show if this was it,. Sure enough he was.right . I learnt more about how a car works in that half hour than i had my whole life. He ordered the new radiator and fitted it.the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the price was. On.top.of all that he's a lovely guy too. So happy to have found him

Charlie was wonderful to deal with from the beginning! From my initial service enquiry, he replied so promptly and politely. This automatically made me choose him for the service of my vehicle without obtaining any other quotes. He was punctual in his responses and arranged my service to help fit in with my schedule which was much appreciated. It is so hard to find a business with both good labour and wonderful customer service these days, so it’s not hard to see why Charlie has so many 5 star reviews. I have already referred his services to my family and will be using him again in the future. I highly recommend CB Auto Service!

I highly recommend CB Auto Service if you're looking for a mobile mechanic or taking it to their location. I used this company for the first time yesterday for a mobile car service and was very happy with the service provided. Charlie was friendly, thorough and all my concerns were looked at and explained in depth.
