the team were professional I’ve been kayaking for over 25 years and suffered from tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome. They were professional in setting up my appointment. The consultation and the treatment was first class. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone that has a sports related injuries.

My constant shoulder problems have led me to A1 Myotherapy several times over the years, and I have now used the services of all three of these amazing myotherapists - Tori, Tom and Shaun. All are wonderful and able to provide me with treatment, as well as offer advice on stretches and exercises focused on prevention. Their intuition about where to focus their efforts each time is still a mystery to me but so effective!

My first experience of myotherapy. Shaun is an excellent practitioner, and I have been back many times. He has really helped me to resolve chronic pain in my neck, head and back. Thoroughly recommended!!

I’ve been 4 weeks in a row now to be treated by Yas.I need treatment for shoulders and upper back and neck.He has been very knowledgeable and has been happy to work with my Physio.He has been taping my shoulders to ease the pain and aid in support.I feel I am improving each week.

Tom is a remarkable practitioner! After my first visit 6 months ago, his treatment rapidly & drastically reduced my chronic orthopaedic and nerve pain, and use of strong medication. Myotherapy has been more beneficial than any other type of treatment I've had on my injured leg & lower back over the last 30 years.
