I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Euro Fireplaces Lilydale. Very friendly & knowledgeable service was provided, throughout. I purchase a Falun fireplace and it is fantastic & a perfectfit for what i required.

Buyer beware! We purchased a wood burning fire from Euro Fireplaces in Lilydale. We dealt with Bob for the most part, lovely guy, so helpful. But when we contacted them to ask a question, we received a lengthy response from the owner claiming misuse, burning of incorrect contaminated wood and even a suggestion that we damaged a nonexistent coating on the glass (Haas and Sohn in Europe confirmed this, yes we contacted them directly). We had/have never even put anything but quality fire wood in the fire. We use only firelighters they sell and misuse could not be further from the truth. The accusations in the response from the owner when a simple query was raised were quite frankly shocking. I have since been in touch with another customer whose treatment was even more alarming, somehow their review has disappeared! If you purchase pray you have no issues or don’t need to ask any questions!

Purchased the Milano today. This is so well built with a great look, a great price and I love the cooktop and cam door catches!Can’t wait til autumn to “fire” it up!
