Called the store asking the man if he has a thin walled spark plug socket, after checking he said he has only 1 left in stock, i asked if he can set it aside and il pick up within 10 mins. Once i got to store i asked if he was sure this spark plug (14mm kincrome model number: K2951) was thin walled he said yes, i told him iv been looking for a while and this spark plug type seems illusive, hence was he sure it was thin as it doesn't state anywhere it was thin walled on the sticker. He said it WOULD work and that no spark plug has thin walled written on the sales sticker." After going home

The owner was super helpful. Had some problems with my tyre pressures and he helped me measure them and even educated me on how to check the proper numbers.

Owner/manger is awesome very helpful, usually always has what your looking for and for a good price. Also polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

20 business days after being told 11 my canopy arrived only for them to take twice as long to install it as they said they would! I wanted roof racks on the canopy only to find out that was never part of the price they gave me they also attempted to reinstall baby seats they took out to do the wiring and put the rearward facing seat in forward !!!!! When I told them it was in the wrong way they tried to tell me i was wrong about the way I had the baby seat IN MY OWN CAR!!!!! Then attempted to put in the way I had it for the next 45mins before I'd had enough told the bloke to give up I just wanted my car back from these incompetent people ... to think I spent 4k with these guys and trusted them with my 38k car makes me sick to the stomach. Would love to go in to detail of how they stuffed me around but they have already consumed to much of my time and energy !!! Fingers crossed I don't have to take it back for warranty issues!!!!! Because I don't ever wanna deal with them again!!!!!!

I'm an elderly lady and not one to post a review. I've been so impressed by the help and kindness of Ali over the time Autozone has been at Campbelltown that I thought it warranted a recommendation. I have found that nothing is to much trouble. He has helped me fit my new battery, wiper blades etc and is always there to assist me with other purchases with help and advice. Can't recommend Autozone strongly enough.

The owner was on the phone the whole time to some relative overseas , he was also really full of himself tried to charge me $290 for a non branded battery when super cheap auto had a century brand that was for $150 . When I told him so he told me I’m in the wrong place and I should go to the 2nd hand shop .In my life of being a consumer and busniess owner I have never been seen someone so opposed to building a customer base .I guess a look at his store shows how far that place is going .

Always helpful good service. Great discounts. Checks and fills my oils when needed.
