Friendly staff, helpful always, allowed to take my dog on lead to their shop, that means a lot to me, overall great.

Outrageous prices!! $8 for ONE old cracked cup..no saucer! $6 for another!! Unbelievable. No wonder they are dusty. I will never bother to look again.

Great what they do for the people who work there that's for sure but they have ruined the place by overcharging for everything and not negotiating very nicely with customers.I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the years but pretty much always leave empty handed and annoyed now even though there are plenty of things I'd like to buy. They often charge way too much, sometimes nearly new prices, on old things that have been thrown away or donated by someone and they no longer negotiate fairly. They would sell so much more if they were fair with the pricing. All the locals I know who go there say the same thing.Used to be a great place, now it's just over priced. Shame......

Really expensive. Old stuff from the tip use be a good start for exciting homemade projects and a good help for people in need. Now i walk in there and I get sad. The other day I tried to buy a rusty old clamp and the lady tried to charge me 15$. I went to home hordwear and same size and brand new same clamp cost 16$. Please let's keep going there to remind the ladies that there is no need to be greedy with money . Recyling stuff from the bin it's an act of kindness followed by the love for a project, a hope, and it should be encouraged.

I spend a lot of money here. Love this place. There's always something I need there for renovations. From tiles, pavers, floor boards...lovely people who works there too, especially the friendly bloke who always wants to open my car door for me at the car park. Little things like that makes your day.Keep up the good work. Ria

It is so over priced it's crazy. It's sad places like this aren't out to help those that are struggling anymore it's all about the money. You might find the odd bargain but you'd be lucky.

$1 for 20metres of 150mm foil duct!!! Then bartered $25 for a smashed up surfboard before the manager came over and said nah $100 (zero price on it). If the manager didn’t seem like she was the type of lady to take it out on her younger staff I would have said something as that ain’t how a business runs.If you go here do not buy anything that isn’t already priced as apparently they wouldn’t know a snag from a gold bar when they’ve got a sale on their hands.
