This is my go to mechanic in Townsville, every time I've gone there I've been provided an easy to understand explanation of issues and solutions whilst also being treated kindly and fairly. The team are all so friendly and happy to help whether on the phone or in person and the manager of the store is excellent at what he does.

Beware of booking location. The phone staff will always book you in at a different location and state , even after clearly specifying! Try to book in person to guarantee your booking.

I booked into Fairfield this morning for a diagnostic check on the brakes as I told the guy on the phone my brake lights come on by themselves and so does the abs indicator on the dash it’s been to an auto electrician and had the brake pedal switch replaced for the second time it was replaced by mycar in 2021. They said they would ring so I new what the fault was and get a quote for what it was going to cost to be done. After waiting 3 hours I went back to mycar and the guy told me he was waiting for parts to replace the brake pedal switch. I told him it’s been replaced 2. His reply was that’s the only thing that can be faulty. But on the phone I was told it could be a faulty abs sensor on the front wheels.An update I took the car to my old mechanic and told him the above facts, he checked the abs senor for any error codes. None he then placed a piece of cardboard between the pedal and brake switch. The brake lights went off. So all it needed was to adjust the brake switch a 5 minute job. Paid him 50 dollars for the test and adjustment.

Amazing!!! Had a flat tyre 1:30pm on a Saturday, they close at 2. Changed it straight away and didn't even charge us. It was no problem and he was courteous, something rare these days. Great job!

Great service! Had a tyre blow out on Christmas Eve travelling through the city. The boys there got me in and back on the road ASAP with some new tyres

Scott was awesome, good communication, polite. I had only 2 hours free to get my 2 tyres changed on our kia carnival while the missus did shopping in the mall. I had no appointment but just dropped in. I did not think they would be able to fit me in. However, Scott had both tyres fixed in 90 minutes! Exceeded my expectations. Chris was excellent at the front desk with friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family. Top notch service!

Great service and quality work. Price is very reasonable. Nice clean workspaces. Friendly staff. Got free roadside assistance for 12 months when I got my car serviced there. Highly recommended if you live in the area.
