Best in town!! Needed a gearbox and clutch replacement and major service, couldn't be happier with the customer service I received and the price was well below what I was thinking it'd cost. This repair shop wants to know and help their customers, unlike the other mob up the road.

The BEST. I’ve taken several cars, lots of times for servicing and road worthy certificates. They’ve always helped my family and I out when needed. My son recently purchased a car and they squeezed it in at short notice for a road worthy so he could be on his way. GREAT local business

My car was towed to these guys by the RACV - it needed a reco engine. These guys did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about what was going on- even though I was over an hour away. I’ve just had a service up in town and the mechanic noted what a very good job the people who put the engine in did. Fully recommended.

I really, really wish I could rate this mechanic higher as the staff were lovely, and we were kept informed as to what was going on. Unfortunately, we had our car dropped here by the RACV after driving on a flooded road and our car wouldn't start. Had it dropped here and was told that the whole electrical system was most likely flooded and would be better off going to the wreckers. We decided to take the car home and let it dry out. Our family friend who is a qualified mechanic came over that day and had a quick look over it and the only thing that was wrong was that it needed a new air filter as it sucked In a bit of water. The car has been working as it was before, not a single thing wrong with it. Ultimately, wouldn't return here as the mechanics can't even be trusted to check the most basic of things.

Prompt service and a practical solution found for the problem I had. Repairs were quick. I'm very happy with the service provided.

G&J were the RACV recovery company that attended our car after a tyre blow out. The staff we dealt with were great to deal with.

Absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service….first of all I started using them for my cars almost 10 years…in the beginning they seemed to be ok so thought ok as a local I’d rather use them instead of going to the big dealerships…after the second or third service on my cars everything went downhill…their customer service was almost non existent and their attitude was one of the worst ones I’ve seen….the service just became another quick money grab…if there was an issue they wouldn’t even check they would tell you that parts need changing when they don’t and just add $$$ to the service bill…the lady in the office who is supposed to be the face of the business is one of the most miserable people and the most rudest person I have ever encountered….I said enough so I stopped going taking my cars there…fast track 7 years later I thought I’d give them a shot…surely they would’ve changed…but NOPE she was even worse…honestly don’t bother using them…find someone else who appreciates your business and treats you like they care…people like them give local shops a bad name…
