Three years ago bought Fujitsu ASTG24KMTC has been a lemon since day one so haven't used it. With it being so cold at the moment thought would give it another try can't even get the control to change functions. Someone did come out when we complained it didn't work properly in the beginning their reason was because it is over a cabinet the company should have told us when they came to discuss with us and gave us a quote that where it was going it wouldn't work as they have the expertise it was their field. Obviously couldn't care less just wanted to sell it to us.

The quoting process was excellent and quite helpful where the sales manager / consultant Jon talked through a solution for our two story home. Unfortunately the installation team were unprofessional and untidy.The install crew called in the AM the day prior to install and asked if they could start a day early, just unpackaging and getting ready. Next thing a full team rock up, start drilling and hammering with my 2y old crying in the kitchen as we hadn’t planned for kids to be away a day early without any regard.Whilst I totally understand that cutting ceilings is a messy job, they did not bring a vacuum, walked the dust throughout the entire bottom story and followed up with a text “sorry it was a bit messy”On the install day I had to repeatedly ask the team to clean as they went, providing a vacuum and at one point had a worker standing on my bed without a protective sheet cutting the ceiling when I had specifically talked about moving the bed for them or using drop sheets. Roof space was left filled with brick rubble.Fortunately the air con systems recommended by Jon and installed works excellently and was cost competitive.

Double think before purchasing, as they didn't provide any warranty/help to cash customer after the sale, they only supply the unit. They push me to the installer twice, and at the end to manufacturer to solve the problem. What's the point to buy a service from them?Further response to Ambience's reply:I don't have any confusion right now, but at all the beginning, your sales didn't explain the difference. I originally wished I could get the unit and installation from your Willetton shop, but your sales simply give me the option of supply only, and HELPed me find an installer. How convenient to both of us??? Thus, there is nothing wrong with Ambience to blame the manufacturer and installer, as you have no obligation at all.I'm more than happy to discuss with other option with your sales, but I was not provided.Strongly not recommended again.

After contacting few installers, I found Ambience Air's quote the best. Dealing with the Sales Manager Dorian Harland was really great. He provided all the information that I needed and was never pushy to get the sales. I got my Fujitsu Unit installed with two weeks of signing the deal and paying the 20% deposit. On the day of installation, I had someone by the name Jan and two of his assistant boys. They removed my evaporative unit and installed the new unit with all new ducting (used the same outlet for vents but they put in new vents). Jan was so nice that he even helped me get a part of the evaporative unit (sump unit) before discarding the unit as someone had asked for it. Jan and his assistants worked non stop from about 8 am till about 2 pm and finished all of the work. Jan was happy on my request to go upto the roof one last time to check if the tiles that were put in place for the evaporative unit were all good to go and didn't have to worry about any leaks etc. So far I am happy with the product and looking forward to get some nice cooling during summers. I would recommend this company.

We just got a ducted heating/cooling installed by Ambience Air and they did a great job. Starting with the quote from Neil who answered all our questions, made the changes we wanted right through to the delivery, then installation everything went smoothly. The instal team worked quickly, cleaned up & explained carefully how to get things running. We opted to dump the packaging ourselves & they stacked it all neatly for us. Very happy with our nice warm home. Thanks Ambience Air

A worse company to deal with !!Purchased a $12000 system and dealing with this business was painful since day 1.Installed and cut a vent grilles on wrong spot, next to the downlights and said it was common (see attached pictures). They made excuses and trying to get away from it by saying that's air flow design and it's common but I refused to accept that quality and complaint so they end up moved the grilles and send another trades to come back and patch the holes on ceiling.And then when we finally get a chance to test the system properly and the system just failed and won't run properly. Ambience Air tried to hand ball it to the manufacturer, after back and forward with Panasonic and their own techs they found out it was the fan motor failure and the technician said it's common issue. I have to say this was a brand new unit, installed and never work since first day how come it has the common fan failure issue.We're completely lost confidence to the product and service we get from Ambience Air, so we requested to either swap out to other brand or cancel the transaction because the brand new DUD system cost use $12000 never work since day 1.The manager called and said this is a minor fault and repair the fan will fix the issue, due to what I've being going through with them I asked him to put his word in writing if any other fault come up again after the replacement fan then I want a full refund. He said yes but never keep his promise and just send me a generic email.I checked their Term and Condition it clearly stated there 5.(b) The customer is entitled to have the goods repair or replace if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to be a major failure."They refused to replace the brand new faulty unit

Had ambience install a system, one thing I constantly have to do is jump into the roof to check duct work is connected as I have rooms not working. Then I find the electrical tape they use to connect to motors come off and duct work has falling off and my roof space is being heated and cooled. At least the mice are comfortable.

Sales pitch was great, the product itself is good.Support and post installation customer service is appalling. It has been over 4 weeks I have been waiting for an issue to be investigated - the installer has not bothered to make contact with me once. Currently I am up to 7 phone calls chasing the issue - extremely poor.All I get told is we will give the installer a kick up the bum to call you - clearly that does not work.

I wish to thank the team at Ambience air at Mandurah team as they were great. They also did a great clean-up job afterwards” I'm very happy with my Ambience Air purchase. From the start of the process, the sales agent Neil, had a clear and approachable manner, right through to the back office team, the delivery and the installation. I would say everyone has been great and the experience has been really professional and easy. The removal of the evaporative cooler and two split systems, installation were great, very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. They also did a great clean-up job afterwards. Thanks very much for making the whole process very easy and clear and I am looking forward to many years with a great aircon. If I ever move home and need air con again, I will definitely come back to Ambience Air.
