Recently got a few different things done at this workshop. I dealt with Trevor the whole time and I can't say enough to recommend him; top guy, really knows his stuff, ultra-personable, works hard to ensure the customer is happy and safe on the road (including being conscious of price and helping customers within their budget).

Thank you guys. Have taken my car in twice for separate issues recently. Had a great experience both times. Honest and helpful. A dealership up the road quoted me over $400 more for the same service, I'll be sticking with Pedders Burwood.

Avoid at all costs! Over $700 worth of damage. Absolutely disgraceful! Normally I would be cautious of leaving bad reviews for a business as it can damage them, but this well and truly deserves it. Just one problem after another. Booked my car in for a spring change (removing aftermarket springs and installing OEM springs) and was not given a quote as they could not estimate the time required (fair enough in my opinion). After booking it in for the next day, I dropped my car off at 8:30am and was told the car would be ready that afternoon. At 2:45pm I gave them a call to confirm the car would be ready for pick up and to organize a time to collect it. I was told the car would be ready at 4:30-4:45pm. I arrived at 4:45 only to be told that the car was not ready and was given a wide variety of excuses and that they didn't have time to call me. So not only did I have the inconvenience of having to make my way over there for nothing, they also had to keep my car for another day which is even more of an inconvenience. They couldn't even make a phone call to let me know the car wouldn't be ready. So after getting to 3pm the next day, after hearing nothing from them I called them to check that the car would be ready and was told that the car was already finished. Due to not being quoted for the work I asked how much the total was and was told over $800 to which I asked why and they said it took a total of 5 hours. Knowing the car myself and having paid for the original aftermarket springs to be fitted elsewhere for far less I knew this had to be overcharging. When I asked why it took 5 hours to fit a set of springs, the young guy on the phone said he wasn't sure and that if he had the authority he would be dropping the price. The young guy said the front springs took him an hour and a half. Given the rear springs are separate to the struts and much faster to remove and replace compared to the fronts, I was not happy. In addition to all this, the manager (Tim I think) proceeded to tell me when I arrived that it was definitely a 5 hour job and that the fronts alone took 2.5 hours each side, which I knew was a blatant lie as I had been told otherwise by the young guy who actually did the fronts himself. On top of all this, they curbed both of my left wheels and caused a slight tear in the sidewall of my rear left tyre (Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S 265/30/R20 valued at $500+). Pictures attached of damage to wheels and tyre.

Amazing job done by pedders Burwood. Alignment my car and drives great now. Highly recommend and will come back. ☺️

I have to say I was really unimpressed by the gentleman who served us. The shop wasn't busy, we were the only customers. We enquired about having a Pedders test service done and I was blown away by how disinterested the staff member was. No explanations on what they do or what we can expect if booking in for the analysis. I've had Pedders do testing on my cars before, and quite a bit of work done some time ago at a different branch. Not sure if it was just this branch, or the staff member, but I'll try a different branch and see if customer service is any higher on there priorities.

Got a suspension checkup and was told to replace far more than I actually had to, of course hoping to get the work themselves. Did it myself with parts from the wreckers, only to find that the old parts were completely fine. And the one part that was in bad shape - a trailing arm bushing - was mislabelled in their report as a lateral arm, leading me to buy a new lateral arm that I didn't need!

The new management is great, my car came out on time. Work was done exactly how I wanted it.Kaine’s the man to speak to.My experience with the previous manager wasn’t great but the store is definitely better with the new management.

Great experience!- Dave and the crew really know their stuff and took the time to fully examine my Jeep GC for other related steering/suspension/ handling issues. 10/10 this shop- trust earned!

The manager here is a really genuine bloke. I came in with a very difficult to detect intermittent suspension problem. He spent over an hour trying to determine the issue. Would not let me pay for his time. Came back 2 weeks later when it was a permanent issue - replaced a ball joint on the sway bar for less than $100 - including labour! Amazing!
