Studio Pilates International Coolangatta
I am very new to reformer pilates. l am not the best at it.i give it a goI love the flexibility with the hours they do and the sunday classes.The team is very professionally trained. They go around to make sure you do the exercises right and take there time with you.even help me get on and of the reformer safely and help me put my foot step in when kneed to.As a first timer my experience and communication with the team I can't fault.The price is a little on the high side I can only afford once a weekThere is zero contacts, classes can book out fast.

Not only do they help to improve your movements and technique, but they also make sure that your workout is tailored to your individual needs and abilities. The classes are intense and effective, and you are sure to leave feeling energised, motivated and wanting more. I highly recommend Studio Pilates Coolangatta to anyone looking for an incredible workout experience. Five stars all the way!

Studio Pilates International Coolangatta
I have been going to Studio Pilates Coolangatta. The classes are good and as hard or easy as you want them to be. That is good for me as I was wanting to gently transition back into exercise post baby and now the workouts are feeling harder because I can do more. I also like that there are so many time options for classes as well as the personalised corrections from the teachers.

Studio Pilates International Coolangatta
The only Pilates Studio I researched that gives an orientation class. Excellent! The instructor is on hand the whole class to give correction, advice and encouragement. I have a foot injury and some of the exercises are adapted to suit my ability, so I do not have to sit out any one exercise. This Studio is highly recommended by me. I have only taken 8 classes so far, but am a huge fan. Love it and the instructors!
