I have found this Baker's delight to have a wide range of high quality breads and pastries. You can conveniently pre-order any products you need to for an event to make sure you don't miss out. I have found staff to be very friendly and helpful. You can pay cash or card and there is no minimum charge. The store is opposite Woolworths on the lower level of Hornsby Westfield.

Hornsby Bakers Delight charges more for their bread than most other stores. Since Wahroonga Bakers Delight closed down Hornsby has taken advantage by increasing their prices beyond the normal price. Also, their bread doesn’t last as long as it once did. Lately I’ve noticed that their GI bread begins to gather mold after two days. This is unprecedented. It would not surprise me if they are now using a cheaper flour while slogging the customer more. The less for more seems to be the lasted business model for a lot of food businesses.

I got cinnamon apple bread from this branch and it wasn't as nice as Berowra branch. A lot less apple and cinnamon in their bread and it was more like a sweet loaf of bread.

Excellent except obviously pizza bases are some sort of gourmet item to this franchise. Being told I have to order them especially is mental. Seem to be able to pick them up easily enough at their other shops. Maybe I should phone in advance to see if I can get a special order of baps next time. Derrr.

The young girls who work here display the friendliest and best customer service of any shop in the entire mall. I'm always impressed with them, and the bread is the freshest you'll find. Keep up the excellent service!

Had the loveliest experience at bakers delight staff were so helpful and kind, got served by a young girl named Bryndis, who was so nice .I aspire to be her one day!!! SHE DESERVES A PAY RISE.

The bread is getting smaller and you can often finds holes in it . $5.20 for low GI sandwich slice which is much Smaller than it was a year ago. PATHETIC AND DISGRACEFUL
