Helloworld Travel Point Cook

Had a family member use this travel agency to book an overseas trip and group tour. Her and her partner were NOT given enough information before leaving for their trip; they were unaware of some of the additional costs associated with their trip and were left in the dark when they asked for help resolving an issue they had with their airline. The agent provided no help until we intervened. Not only this but the agent blatantly lied to her, saying she had held “two flights” for her until the following day - which, as a previous travel agent, I can call bull on as that would cancel out both flights, and flights can only be held until the end of the same day. Clearly this was a commission/money grab, which is poor form. I am so extremely mad I let my family member book with this agency and will be making sure anyone else looking to book goes ELSEWHERE.

I've always managed my booking online but this time things were complicated so I approached Joanna for her help in Helloworld Travel Point Cook. Joanna was able to assist me in a very professional and friendly manner and got the job done very fast. I was also amazed when a week before our flights, which included 2 international and one domestic, the time from the domestic flight had apparently changed without notice but Joanna identified the change, immediately inform me and found a solution for me.Thank you Joanne for all your efforts, help and care in making my journey nice and smooth. I will never go back on booking tickets online again.

Recently I used the services of Joanne to organise the flights and accommodation for my trip to France and Qatar.
