No phone number listed ... hard to do business with and judging by other's comments equally as hard to contact to take receipt of goods (I think I'll take my business elsewhere)

Rude customer service when the agent is in the wrong. I booked my shipment and left a comment to say I will be there at 4pm (it was supposed to close at 4pm) I arrived at 3:58pm and he's already left! I drove from Rylstone to drop my parcel off for nothing ! Again...I also came on Monday at 9:35am but the opening hours on Google are wrong so don't bother to drive a long distance to finally realised that it's closed.

Deliver during working hours. Won't leave it at the door. Opening hours are ridiculous. Left incorrect information to have parcel redelivered. There is no contact phone.

Hhmmm let me thinkQuoted door to door , mudgee number wont answer , 1800 number wont help because of privacy,stay at home waiting for a pickup all day that didnt happen only to drive 50km to be told that we dont pickupbe toldRefuse to pickup from village 50k from town
