Called up Today hoping to place an order for delivery, the lady on the phone came across quite rude, very short and almost sarcastic with me.I have now ordered elsewhere with wonderful customer service and no issues whatsoever.

I never ever like to give a poor or less than satisfactory review but unfortunately a handful of less than good experiences with this florist mean I feel it's the right thing to do so that either service can improve or other people know what to say/ask and stipulate when they order.Unfortunately I've found the customer service to be less than friendly both on the phone and in person. They're often very short and non welcoming in their vocal delivery, almost as though you're inconveniencing them by asking any question at all.The readily available selection in store is very limited and the inability to buy by the stem to create a custom selection is sad too.I was very fortunate to recently have a beautiful friend send me an arrangement of flowers from interstate - she requested a native arrangement and what arrived was lillies, a couple of pink roses, gerberas and carnations. Whilst pretty, it is not what was ordered and the arrangement was not suitable to be received as I have a cat and lillies are deadly for cats. I did call the florist to discuss if there was any possibility of exchanging the arrangement and whilst, to their credit they agreed they could do this (in a manner which really didn't welcome the exchange), had they simply provided what the client actually ordered or just declined the order knowing that they couldn't fulfil what was being requested, then the awkward situation would have been avoided. The arrangement was kindly regifted (with the knowledge of the original purchaser) to a very deserving person who the arrangement was more suited to.My recommendation is that if you really want to order through this florist, then of course do so but be specific in advising what you want included in the arrangement and ask them to decline the order should they not actually be able to provide what you want.The other option of course is to use one of the other many local small business florists. If you can't find them via a google search, they can certainly be found via Facebook and Instagram.This is just my experience and I appreciate others may have had exceptional experiences which of course is fantastic for them. Sadly not the case for me on multiple occasions.

I phone each December from UK to arrange flowers for my family in Hastings and Somerville.The flowers service and attention to detail is way beyond any other florist I have ever dealt with.If I could put 10 * then I would.Thank you Leanne especially.for the personal delivery to The Bays Aged Care last Friday.

I live in the UK and wanted to something special for my mother for Christmas as I haven't seen her in over a year. I sent a very detailed email explaining my situation and if they could please put together a bunch of flowers for her that would last and also use her favourite colour yellow. My mum lives a 7 minute drive from the florists location and they still charged $8 to deliver them. The flowers had no yellow in them what so ever. The lady on the phone wasn't very polite and my mum sent me a photo and they were plain and boring. I've seen better cheaper flowers from supermarkets!The only thing they did get write was the message.
