PACK & SEND Castle Hill

Very happy with the service, cost and fast delivery! I had to send important documents to overseas and had quoted from different provider - all other providers are much more expensive, limited location & far away shipping point and some can't deliver in less than 10 days. Some other service don't even have a phone number I can contact easily, so hard to even get a quote. I found Pack and Send Castle Hill, called them up and had the quote, it's a very reasonable price and they said it'll be delivered in 5-7 working days which is fair. I decided to have a go and send the document via Pack and send - it arrived in 3 working days! Excellent service!

Excellent service. I had to just email them to pick up stuff from a friend's home and ship overseas. Kavitha, Shankar and the team did an amazing job end to end and they are very reliable.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They gave me tracking IDs that just seemed like random numbers. I had no idea where my packages were throughout the whole process and the worse part is that neither did they. I was disappointed when they assumed zero responsibility for their actions. One of my boxes was sent to a different location and it was only because someone I knew received it that I knew where it was. They had no idea where my box was and refused to believe me. When they sent someone to retrieve the lost box, they had not communicated with them that it was a mistake on their end so the delivery guy kept asking for documents that my friend obviously did not have. Then I was sent a fresh tracking ID. I continued to call them and track the package because it hadn't moved in three days. It was only when my building manager informed me that I had received a box in the mail did I realise it had been delivered. The tracking ID on the delivered package still showed that the package was in a completely different state! Again, this was the worst service ever. They did not assume an ou ce of responsibility, had no idea what they were doing and clearly gave me a random number tracking ID". I'm not the kind of person to ever post negative reviews as I understand how it can affect businesses but I would like my story to be a cauntionary tale for future customers. It is astonishing how little they know about the third party they deal with and how little knowledge and control they have over the packages once they leave their store.If I could leave this place negative stars

I have relied upon Pack & Send to send documents and parcels overseas a few times recently. They advised on the nuances and guided me through the entire process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable staff with customer-first mindset. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to ship overseas.

After trying several different couriers to get a delivery the day after a Public Holiday, Pack & Send were the ONLY couriers who were able to make this happen (without an account). Easy and package delivered on time to country NSW.

Excellent service provided to us by Pack & Send. Our parcel was received by the recipient ahead of schedule. Instead of 5 business days as we thought, it was delivered within 3 business days. We're impressed with the very friendly and helpful reception accorded to us by Kavita. I will always avail of their services and advocate others to do the same.

I DO NOT RECOMEND PACK AND SEND AT CASTLE HILL SYDNEY, They put my small vintage engine in a FED EX BOX , never even wraped it, LISTED myself as the sender and reciver and my package was lost for 3 weeks , 10 diveted phone calls to the Philippines / 3 weeks, hours waiting , I had to physically go to couriers please myself, waited 1 hour for them to locate my package in a Fed ex box, ....Absolutely not worth the $95 shipping. And they did not care less about my item, Just tossed in a dirty old box like it was rubbish,DO NOT RECOMEND , AND I SHOULD OF BELEAVED THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS .!

This is my 2nd time doing business with them and I am sure will do more in future. Good rates and great service. you will get quote in no time and a representative will contact you soon to answer and query. The package delivery was from Sydney to Brisbane. I selected door to door service and the items were delivered within the given time. All the belongings arrived safely.The initial quote will be recalculated once the parcel is in their premises. In my case the dimensions were different as per their team, although I did measure them myself carefully, but it did not impact the rates much so I went ahead with them. I appreciate, if they could send graphical representation of the dimensions taken by your team to the customer so we know how it was re-measured.
