Friendly and accommodating staff, quality service

All my experiences there felt very professional; the staff were very friendly. Despite the small area, the inside felt modern and hygienic.While the staff (the hygienists and the orthodontist) were great, the front office ladies weren't always so. One instance, when I asked if there were any more appointment times available closer, the office lady was a bit rude and not very cooperative. She said she had tried and couldn't do anything despite the fact that my teeth had started moving apart due to the huge gap between my aligner breaking and my next appointment. They said it would be fine to keep wearing it but then my teeth started to moved apart again, slowing down treatment. They always pushed back my next appointment so I had to get the orthodontist and hygienists involved since I couldn't wait for so long to not compromise treatment. It was always a struggle to get an appointment soon enough.The biggest problem I had was the lack of flexible appointment times. The actual care you get is great, but at times the administration was a little disappointing.

Over the moon to be continuing my treatment with Dr Gordon Cheung and the lovely girls Lauren, Emmailly and Paige. They will talk with you and not at you concerning your teeth. The decorum is also very relaxing.

My son had his braces put on in July 2020. The staff have been lovely from day 1. We've noticed such a difference in my sons teeth and the journey has been stress free :)

I am very disappointed in the lead up to this appointment. I received a call 4 days prior to this appointment that I need FURTHER x-rays before my appointment. I am a full time working mum and I did not have a day to get xrays within 4 days. I did not have any confirmation of my appointment date via text and when I went to reschedule only 23hrs in advance they charged me a $50 reschedule free as I was 1 hrs late to changing my appointment due to no x-rays done from skg.

On time, great service. Well explained my son’s procedure.Will be back in future.

Very nice staff and I loved how comprehensive consultation was, my orthodontist actually spent some time explaining everything in plain terms. Plenty of parking available as well.

The staff are Lovely and friendly, all questions were answered.They make you feel comfortable!
