Dojo Bread
Dojo Bakery is often my go to place for a pie or sausage roll. Pork and Veal sausage roll really hits the spot and leaves your senses craving for it after you leave.There’s also beef & red wine pie, lamb & fenugreek pie, chilli lime chicken pie and mushroom ragout pie. Great place for bread, or a cake or two to enjoy as a little treat. If you need a coffee they have it too.Beware, cash only and they close at 1pm and usually these pies are sold out early too.

Along with pies and sweets, Dojo bread sells delicious bread, good coffee and the best sausage rolls I have ever had. This place accepts cash only and is normally open Mon-Sat 8 am to 1 pm. They also serve meals just next door on Fridays and Saturdays.

This time I went for a lamb pie (the filling was terrible), a pain au chocolate (great texture and taste), and a crusty white vienna (overbaked and tasteless). I really support small businesses, but for the price I paid, I've expected something better better overall experience.

We had the lamb & fenugreek pie and the beef and red wine pie. Really excellent! I’m partial to a curry pie so I chose the lamb - the filling was yummy. One of the best pies I’ve ever had. You could tell the chunky lamb and fenugreek filling had been slowly and lovingly cooked. The high top pastry was superb - crisp and delicate. The red wine pie also received a rave review - could taste the onion & wine and the poppy seeds on the crust were a great addition. Coffee was excellent - though cup size could be a little larger…..

Authentic pies made with a heart. Lamb pie was fantastic! This is the place to go if you want to get a taste of Australia ;-)

Lovely staff, very nice coffee and a great selection of food too. Loved the ecoconscious touch with use of empty cartons as trays for takeaway coffees!
